Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups water

  • 3 oranges, peeled

  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled

  • 1 apple

  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled

  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Roughly chop all fruit.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth. Serves 4.
