Plum Pudding


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk

  • 4 plums

  • 1 apple

  • 3medjool dates

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp all spice

  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. De-stone the plums and roughly chop all fruits.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 - 2 minutes, until very smooth.

  • Per serve: 340 Calories

  • Carbs: 64g

  • Fat: 10g

  • Protein: 6g

Tip: Use Banana Milk for a sweeter smoothie.
