Plum Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew milk 
- 4 plums 
- 1 apple 
- 3medjool dates 
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds 
- 1 tsp maple syrup 
- 1/4 tsp all spice 
- 1 cup ice 
Directions
- De-stone the plums and roughly chop all fruits. 
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 - 2 minutes, until very smooth. 
- Per serve: 340 Calories 
- Carbs: 64g 
- Fat: 10g 
- Protein: 6g 
Tip: Use Banana Milk for a sweeter smoothie.
