Ingredients
1 cup cashew milk
4 plums
1 apple
3medjool dates
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp all spice
1 cup ice
Directions
De-stone the plums and roughly chop all fruits.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 - 2 minutes, until very smooth.
