Chocolate Thickshake


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup salmond milk

  • 2 bananas (frozen)

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cacao

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the bananas.

  2. Place all ingredients except for the cacao nibs into a blender and blend until very smooth and creamy.

  3. Top with cacao nibs. Serves 2.

  • Per serve: 260 Calories

  • Carbs: 36g

  • Fat: 12g

  • Protein: 6g

Tip: For an extra thick smoothie, throw in 2 Tbsp of raw cashew nuts.
