When changing your health, it's a given - we need to look at what you are putting into your body on a daily basis. 

At the root of many health problems are nutritional deficiencies. This is why I coach my clients on the importance of plating up in a way that creates an environment for the body to function optimally, with macro nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats), and micro nutrients (vitamins, minerals and antioxidants).

Eating a diet rich in plants creates an important foundation for health. This is not a "diet", but a lifestyle approach to food. Filling your plate with vegetables, fruits, ancient grains, nuts, seeds and legumes ensures your body gets all the fibre it needs for your gut to thrive, while feeding your trillions of cells vital nutrients.
