Ingredients
1 cup Calcium-Rich Seed Milk
1 cup water
1 banana, frozen
1 pear
2 kiwi fruits
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1 curly kale leaf
1 celery stick
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 Tbsp maca powder
6 ice cubes
Directions
Roughly chop all fruit and veg.
Place the liquid, vegetables and oats into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the fruit, chia seeds, maca, protein powder and ice and blend until very smooth.
