Ingredients

  • 1 cup Calcium-Rich Seed Milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1 pear

  • 2 kiwi fruits

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped

  • 1 curly kale leaf

  • 1 celery stick

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 Tbsp maca powder

  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Roughly chop all fruit and veg.

  2. Place the liquid, vegetables and oats into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the fruit, chia seeds, maca, protein powder and ice and blend until very smooth.

  • Per serve: 430 Calories

  • Carbs: 76g

  • Fat: 9g

  • Protein: 19g
