The Big Breakfast


Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 2 sticks celery

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1/2 cup almond milk OR hemp milk

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla plant protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds OR chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Chop the frozen banana, celery and cucumber into small chunks.

  2. Place the nut milk, celery, cucumber, oats, protein powder and flax / chia seeds into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the frozen banana, cinnamon, maca and ice cubes and blend until thick and creamy. Top with rolled oats, banana, chia seeds, brazil nuts and blueberries.
