Ingredients
1 cup Calcium-Rich Milk
1/2 cup water
3 bananas, frozen
1/4 avocado
2 leaves cos lettuce
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
8 ice cubes
Directions
Roughly chop the bananas and lettuce.
Place the liquids, lettuce, spinach and chia seeds into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the bananas, avocado and ice and blend until very smooth.
