Shrek Shake


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Calcium-Rich Milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 3 bananas, frozen

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 2 leaves cos lettuce

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 8 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the bananas and lettuce.

  2. Place the liquids, lettuce, spinach and chia seeds into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the bananas, avocado and ice and blend until very smooth.

  • Per serve: 260 Calories

  • Carbs: 48g

  • Fat: 7g

  • Protein: 5g

Tip: Add 1/3 cup oats for a filling breakfast smoothie.
