Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 lime

  • 4 cups watermelon, chopped

  • 2 celery sticks

  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the watermelcon and celery.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth.

  • Per serve: 180 Calories

  • Carbs: 46g

  • Fat: 1g

  • Protein: 4g

Tip: Melons are best consumed for breakfast, on an empty stomach. They are digested very rapidly and can cause gas and bloating if consumed after a heavy meal.
