Pineapple Zinger

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups of water

  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped

  • 1 orange, peeled

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled

  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped

  • 1 celery stick

  • Handful of mint leaves

  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the fruit and vegetables.

  2. Place the vegetables, mint and water into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the fruit and blend until very smooth.

  • Per serve: 180 Calories

  • Carbs: 46g

  • Fat: 1g

  • Protein: 4g

Tip: For an extra ZING, use the whole lemon.
