Pineapple Zinger

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of water 
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped 
- 1 orange, peeled 
- 1/2 lemon, peeled 
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped 
- 1 celery stick 
- Handful of mint leaves 
- 6 ice cubes 
Directions
- Roughly chop the fruit and vegetables. 
- Place the vegetables, mint and water into a blender and blend until smooth. 
- Add the fruit and blend until very smooth. 
- Per serve: 180 Calories 
- Carbs: 46g 
- Fat: 1g 
- Protein: 4g 
Tip: For an extra ZING, use the whole lemon.
