Melon Magic


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 400g rockmelon, chopped

  • 200g honeydew melon, chopped

  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Chop the melon into small chunks.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth. Serve immediately.

  • Per serve: 240 Calories

  • Carbs: 59g

  • Fat: 1g

  • Protein: 4g

Tip: Melons are best eaten on an empty stomach, as they are digested very quickly. Eat in the morning rather than later in the day.
