Macadamia Milk


Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups water

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, soaked for 4 hours

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp coconut nectar syrup

  • Pinch Celtic sea salt

Directions

  1. Allow the macadamia nuts to soak in water for at least 4 hours.Rinse well.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for severalminutes, until very smooth.

  3. Bottle milk and refrigerate. Use within 3 days.

  • Per serve: 240 Calories

  • Carbs: 5g

  • Fat: 25g

  • Protein: 3g

Tip: Freeze nut milk to retain freshness.
