Ingredients
4 cups water
1 cup hazelnuts, soaked for 4 hours
3 medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 3minutes, until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag.
Bottle the liquid and refrigerate. Best consumed within 48 hours.

Tip: Dry out the hazelnut meal in a dehyrdator to make hazelnut flour. Thiscan be used to thicken smoothies or in raw cookies and slices.
