Gut Healing Sunshine Bow


Ingredients

300g diced mango

1 banana, frozen

1 Lebanese cucumber

1 celery stick

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 thumb of fresh ginger

2 tsp hemp seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric powder


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until thick and creamy. You may need to use the paddle to ensure all ingredients are blended properly. If using frozen mango, increase the quantity of coconut milk to 1/2 cup. Blend until themixture is smooth.

  2. Spoon into a bowl and top with slices of mango, banana,coconut flakes and hemp seeds.
