Ingredients
1 cup pineapple
2 celery sticks
1 cucumber
Handful of baby spinach
1 kale leaf
1/4 avocado
1/3 cup coconut water
1/2 scoop vanilla plantprotein powder
1 tsp barley grass powder
Directions
Roughly chop all fruit and vegetables.
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blenduntil smooth.
Top with pineapple, coconut flakes and 2 chopped brazil nuts.
