Green Goddess Bowl


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple

  • 2 celery sticks

  • 1 cucumber

  • Handful of baby spinach

  • 1 kale leaf

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/3 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla plantprotein powder

  • 1 tsp barley grass powder

Directions

  1. Roughly chop all fruit and vegetables.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blenduntil smooth.

  3. Top with pineapple, coconut flakes and 2 chopped brazil nuts.
