Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 cups baby spinach
2 celery sticks
1 cucumber
1/2 avocado
1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions
Roughly chop and wash all vegetables.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Top with shredded coconut flakes, chopped macadamia nuts and pepitas.
