Fruit Free Fat Feast


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 2 celery sticks

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Roughly chop and wash all vegetables.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.

  3. Top with shredded coconut flakes, chopped macadamia nuts and pepitas.

  • Per serve: 330 calories

  • Carbs: 15g

  • Fat: 31g
