Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 large handful baby spinach

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla plant protein

  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place the all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth.

  • Per serve: 310 Calories

  • Carbs: 44g

  • Fat: 10g

  • Protein: 16g

Tip: Peanut butter can also be substited for almond butter.
