Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk 
- 1 cup coconut water 
- 3 apples 
- 1/2 cup rolled oats 
- 1 cup spinach 
- 1 kale leaf 
- 1 celery stick 
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds 
- 1 Tbsp flaxseeds 
Directions
- Roughly chop all fruit and vegetables. 
- Place oat milk, coconut water, oats, spinach and kale into a blender and blend until smooth. 
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serves 2. 
- Per serve: 410 Calories 
- Carbs: 80g 
- Fat: 8g 
- Protein: 10g 
Tip: Add 2 Tbsp of raw cacao powder for an extra hit of antioxidants and natural caffeine. It transforms it into a chocolate breakfast shake
