Ingredients
1 cup oat milk
1 cup coconut water
3 apples
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup spinach
1 kale leaf
1 celery stick
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp flaxseeds
Directions
Roughly chop all fruit and vegetables.
Place oat milk, coconut water, oats, spinach and kale into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serves 2.
