Detoxifier


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water

  • 2 apples

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/4 cup parsley

  • 1 lebanese cucumber

  • 1/2 small beetroot

  • 1/2 lemon

  • Small thumb of ginger

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp supergreens powder

Directions

  1. Roughly chop all vegetables. De-core apples and remove lemon peel.

  2. Place all vegetables and chia seeds into a blender with the water and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the apples, lemon and super greens powder. Blend until very smooth.

  • Per serve: 300 Calories

  • Carbs: 67g

  • Fat: 3.5g

  • Protein: 7g
