Ingredients
2 cups of water
2 apples
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup parsley
1 lebanese cucumber
1/2 small beetroot
1/2 lemon
Small thumb of ginger
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp supergreens powder
Directions
Roughly chop all vegetables. De-core apples and remove lemon peel.
Place all vegetables and chia seeds into a blender with the water and blend until smooth.
Add the apples, lemon and super greens powder. Blend until very smooth.
