Ingredients
200g banana, frozen
100g acai, frozen
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 tsp maple syrup
Directions
Roughly chop the acai and banana.
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until thick and creamy. If the blender is struggling to mix properly,add the frozen fruit a little bit at a time.
Spoon into a bowl and top with coconut flakes, pepitas, goji berries, cacao nibs and activated buckwheat groats.
