Classic Acai Bow


Ingredients

  • 200g banana, frozen

  • 100g acai, frozen

  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the acai and banana.

  2. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until thick and creamy. If the blender is struggling to mix properly,add the frozen fruit a little bit at a time.

  3. Spoon into a bowl and top with coconut flakes, pepitas, goji berries, cacao nibs and activated buckwheat groats.
