Cherry Ripe Bow


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashew milk

  • 2 bananas, frozen

  • 1 cup frozen cherries

  • 1 large handful of baby spinach

  • 1/2 scoop chocolate plant protein powder

  • 2 tsp cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until thick and creamy. You may need to use the paddle to ensure all ingredients are blended properly. If your blender is struggling, start with the cashew milk, spinach, protein and cacao nibs and blend these first, then add the frozen fruit a little at a time until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Spoon into a bowl and top with frozen cherries, cacao nibs and a small raw chocolate treat. Serve immediately.
