Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups almond milk

  • 2 carrots, grated

  • 3 medjool dates

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 celery stick

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the carrots. Pit the dates.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth.

  • Per serve: 480 Calories
