Calcium Enriched Milk


Ingredients

  • 4 cups of water

  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds

  • 1/3 cup almonds, soaked for 4 hours

  • 1 medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 tsp black strap molasses

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 3minutes, until smooth.

  2. Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag.

  3. Bottle the liquid and refrigerate. Best consumed within 48 hours.

  • Per serve: 110 Calories

  • Carbs: 10g

  • Fat: 7g

  • Protein: 3g

Tip: Black Strap Molasses contains a huge amount of calcium. Add up to 1tablespoon to your diet each day to build up your calcium reserves.
