Ingredients
2 cups oat milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 banana
3 prunes
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp almond meal
1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 Tbsp flax seeds
6 ice cubes
Directions
Place the oat milk, oats and prunes into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and continue blending until very smooth. Serves 2.

Tip: Substitute the almond meal, chia and flax for 2 Tbsp LSA mix (lin-seed, sunflower, almond).
