Breakfast to Go


Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 banana

  • 3 prunes

  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 Tbsp almond meal

  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 Tbsp flax seeds

  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place the oat milk, oats and prunes into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and continue blending until very smooth. Serves 2.

  • Per serve: 380 Calories

  • Carbs: 67g

  • Fat: 10g

  • Protein: 11g

Tip: Substitute the almond meal, chia and flax for 2 Tbsp LSA mix (lin-seed, sunflower, almond).
