Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 banana, frozen
2 celery sticks
1/2 zucchini
1/2 small beetroot, peeled
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Directions
Peel the beetroot and roughly chop the celery, banana andzucchini.
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blenduntil thick and creamy. If necessary, start with blending thevegetables first then add the frozen fruit a little bit at a time.
Spoon Into a bowl and top with strawberries, coconut flakes,cacao nibs, pepitas and goji berries.
