Beet Berry Bowl


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 2 celery sticks

  • 1/2 zucchini

  • 1/2 small beetroot, peeled

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Directions

  1. Peel the beetroot and roughly chop the celery, banana andzucchini.

  2. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blenduntil thick and creamy. If necessary, start with blending thevegetables first then add the frozen fruit a little bit at a time.

  3. Spoon Into a bowl and top with strawberries, coconut flakes,cacao nibs, pepitas and goji berries.

  • Per serve: 400 Calories

  • Protein: 7g

Tip: Add ice for a thicker consistency. like sorbet.
