Banana Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 Tbsp raw honey

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of nutmeg

  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the banana.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth. Serves 1.

  • Per serve: 200 Calories

  • Carbs: 37g

  • Fat: 6g

  • Protein: 2g

Tip: To make a Banana Thickshake, use a frozen banana and add extraice.
