Banana Milk


Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 ripe banana

  • Tiny pinch of nutmeg

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the banana.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for oneminute, until smooth.

  3. Bottle milk and refrigerate. Best consumed within 12 hours.

  • Per serve: 45 calories
