Antioxidant Booster


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 kale leaf

  • 1 orange

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cacao

  • 1 Tbsp goji berries

  • 1 tsp raw honey

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the spinach and kale. Peel the orange.

  2. Add water, spinach and kale into a blender and blend on high until smooth.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until very smooth. Serves 2.

  • Per serve: 270 Calories

  • Carbs: 58g

  • Fat: 3.5g

  • Protein: 7g
