Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 sticks celery

  • 1 thumb sized knob of ginger

  • 1 lemon wedge (1/8 lemon,including rind)

  • 3/4 scoop vanilla plant protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Peel the ginger and chop the celery.

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth. Serves 2.

  • Fat: 13g

  • Protein: 7g

Tip: If you’d prefer to swap the protein powder for fruit, replace with either 1 pear OR 1 apple OR 1 frozen banana.
