Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
2 sticks celery
1 thumb sized knob of ginger
1 lemon wedge (1/8 lemon,including rind)
3/4 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Peel the ginger and chop the celery.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth. Serves 2.
