Made from all-natural plant sources like chickpeas, sprouts, mushroom, spirulina and ancient grains,, each serve has less than 1g of fat and 13g protein to keep you going.
 
Each serve has 50% of the RDI for Vitamin C, B2, and Calcium, 40% for Vitamin D and 26% for iron. It's also a complete source of protein, containing all 9 essential amino acids from plant sources. This is what my kids and I use on a daily basis for added nutrition.
