A hypnosis coaching session is structured in a way to help redirect patterns of behaviour, replacing them with positive ones. Also using elements of Time Line Therapy® Coaching to help let go of the limiting beliefs that are keeping your old patterns repeating, we then use hypnosis to communicate with your unconscious mind to embed the new patterns you wish to implement.
Each session will run for 60 minutes, conducted over zoom (video conferencing), or face to face if you live in the Perth metro area.
