Protein Balls

This is my go-to snack for when I’m on the run… Or after a workout… Or even for dessert. Packed full of plant based protein and raw chocolate, these tasty balls will satisfy all cravings!



INGREDIENTS

BASE:

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Complete Protein

  • 1 Tbsp water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the peanuts and almonds into a food processor and blitz on medium high speed until finely ground.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well mixed. If the mixture is too dry, add an extra teaspoon of water.

  3. Shape into round balls. There should make approximately 12 decent sized balls.

  4. Store in the fridge for up to five days, or in the freezer for up to three months.
